Small Ensemble Drum Set,Guitar,Piano Accompaniment - Level 3 - SKU: A0.882907 By Fleetwood Mac. By Elmore James. Arranged by Caleb Murray. Pop,Rock. Score and parts. 60 pages. Caleb Murray #5988843. Published by Caleb Murray (A0.882907). Hello again! I arranged a version of Elmore James' blues jam, Shake Your Money Maker, an upbeat, simple blues meant to make you feel alright! This chart features the trumpets and saxophones mostly, with a guitar solo as the main feature in the song. The backgrounds for the guitar solo are meant to really rock the party, as the intensity builds and builds as the guitarist continues to wail on his or her solo. Highest note is a high E (concert D) for trumpets. That being said, I'd still say this is an intermediately difficult tune and could be played well be a good high school group. Perfect for learning about the blues and showing off a great guitarist.

B-Flat Clarinet,Piano - Level 1 - SKU: A0.548475 Composed by Mueller. Arranged by James M. Guthrie. Christian,Christmas. Score and part. 3 pages. Jmsgu3 #3386527. Published by jmsgu3 (A0.548475). Traditional Christmas song arranged for Bb Clarinet & Piano. Third verse features new harmony. Score: 2 pg. Part: 1 pg.Away in a Manger Away in a Manger is a popular Christmas song published originally sometime in the later 19th century and performed throughout the world. In England, it is considered one of the two most popular carols of all time; a 1996 poll ranked it as a tie for second place. To begin with, many thought it was written by Martin Luther, but now the song is considered to be absolutely American. The most common musical arrangements are by William Kirkpatrick (1895) and James R. Murray (1887). The melody was first published, as Luther's Cradle Hymn, by James R. Murray. Then, came a confusing series of explanations about how Martin Luther wrote the song. Murray even went so far as to suggest that Luther wrote it for his children. As a result, the song has become known as simply Mueller. Nobody knows who this Mueller actually is, but the name stuck. Popularity By the 1880’s the cradle song was being performed in church. By the 1990’s the song was becoming the most popular Christmas song of all time. It was sung in school, in church, and at home by nearly everyone. Other musical settings The first musical setting published with the lyrics appeared in the Little Children's Book for Schools and Families (1885). The title was Away in a Manger. This edition is the first one not to attribute the song to Martin Luther. Charles H. Gabriel was the first arranger to present the third verse. He also composed and published a large number of different arrangements of the song. In one of his settings, he supplies a chorus for each verse with asleep sung in canon. Another prevalent preparation uses the lyrics to the melody Flow Gently, Sweet Afton. Yet another arrangement dating uses the lyrics to an old Normandy Carol. Oboe,Piano - Level 1 - SKU: A0.548478 Composed by Mueller. Arranged by James M. Guthrie, ASCAP. Christian,Christmas. Score and part. 3 pages. Jmsgu3 #3386539. Published by jmsgu3 (A0.548478). Traditional Christmas song arranged for Oboe & Piano. String Quartet String Quartet - SKU: A0.529234 Composed by John Henry, James Murray. Arranged by Lorento Golofeev. Christmas. Score and parts. 20 pages. Lorento Golofeev #4985953. Published by Lorento Golofeev (A0.529234). The first carol in the medley is We Three Kings of Orient Are, written by John Henry Hopkins Jr. in 1857. It is followed by Away In a Manger. There are 2 music settings for the text; the one used in the medley is by James Murray (1887). The last piece, Go Tell It on the Mountain, is an African-American spiritual, and is considered a Christmas carol because of the lyrics celebrating the birth of Jesus. The song was compiled by John Wesley Work Jr. around 1865. The medley is designed to be played as one piece with transitions between the carols. However, I also introduced alternate endings so every carol can be played as a stand alone piece if desired. The running time of this medley is around 5 min 20 sec. All of my arrangements include bowings, dynamics and precise articulation for easier sight-reading. Many more arrangements, both pop and classical, are available for purchase. The clarinet part is mainly in the chalumeau register and care has been taken to avoid awkwardness at the break. The flute writing is all within the first and second octaves. The performance duration is approx. one minute and forty five seconds, the full score has the three separate parts attached.
