It opens with the beautiful section that became the heart of its companion piece, Winged Souls (Opus 564) but then drops to a 40 bpm section that is very difficult for pianists to restrain the tempo on. Then it moves on to a faster tempo with challenging chords and fingering. The flowing score was created for the composer by Gonzalo Ortiz Delgado .
