This piano version is suitable for students from Grade 6 onwards. It could be a good exercise for 16th-notes and triplets rhythm. Also, a good exercise to learn polyrhythm between the left and right hand.
Some alterations have been made by adapting the backup singer's line during the repeated post-chorus.
No sustained pedal required, but you could pedal at places where you see fit to add color.

From the composer: "What are Morphs? Morphs are tiny compositions. I wrote them as springboards for improvisation. Most Morphs are under four measures; a few are longer. I wrote these little pieces on piano, but any instrumentalist or vocalist can adapt them. They can also be played in groups. Morphs can be played as written -- with no improvisation -- to practice rhythmic dexterity and keeping a steady pulse. However, you'll have the most fun with these pieces if you have some knowledge of improvisation, scales, modes and chord symbols, or if you have an experienced improviser to work with. As you can see, Morphs are not just in major and minor scales; they are also in some of the various modes and occasionally a pentatonic scale. The time signatures also vary. This song is written in 12/8, which is commonly used in slow rock and pop ballad. It could be an excellent exercise to learn the compound rhythm. Once you get used to reading and feeling the notes in groups of 3, it makes more sense. However with the 16notes in the music, a 12/8-bar is way too long and clumsy to read, hence in this arrangement, each bar is divided into two by a dotted barline because a 12/8-bar is actually two 6/8-bars.

This arrangement follows the complete song form as the original recording. All sections are labeled, along with the chord symbols and lyrics. The first verse and second verse have different LH accompaniment, and the bridge has some exciting stops adhere to the melody, which is fun to play.
