Flute & piano SKU: HH.HH249-KBD Composed by August Muller. Edited by Nikolai Jaeger. Arranged by Nikolai Jaeger. Flute & Piano. Keyboard reduction and solo part. Edition HH Music Publishers #HH249-KBD. Published by Edition HH Music Publishers (HH.HH249-KBD). ISBN 9790708092056. As a confirmed Mozartian it is natural that Müller's concertos for flute and orchestra should follow the classical pattern, and the E minor work published here for the first time since 1801 is an attractive and virtuoso piece in the less usual minor tonality. It is edited by Nikolai Jaeger and Christopher Hogwood with a useful introduction including points of performance practice drawn from Müller’s flute tutor. A keyboard reduction of the orchestral part is also available. $22.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 4 to 6 weeks

Horn and piano (solo: hn - 0.2.0.2 - 0.0.0.0 - str) SKU: BR.EB-10701 Urtext. Composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Edited by Henrik Wiese. Arranged by Jan Philip Schulze. Solo instruments; stapled. Edition Breitkopf. In Cooperation with G. Henle Verlag Solo concerto; Classical. Piano reduction. 44 pages. Duration 12'. Breitkopf and Haertel #EB 10701. Published by Breitkopf and Haertel (BR.EB-10701). ISBN 9790201807010. 9.5 x 12 inches. With the publication of the score and parts of the D-major Horn Concerto K. 412/514, the Mozart expert Henrik Wiese adds another milestone to his edition of this important work group which was begun in 2013. In the course of time, the piece that was first edited in the Old Mozart Edition of 1881 as Mozarts 1st Horn Concerto turned out to be a pasticcio: while the opening movement is indisputably by Mozart, the elaboration of the Rondo must now be attributed to Sussmayr. This movement is transmitted solely as a sketch in Mozarts hand. The present edition contains both the Sussmayr Rondo (K. 514 = smWV 502) and the Mozartian Rondo fragment (K. 412) which was carefully completed by Wiese. The performer will thus have the choice between the traditional version (with Sussmayr) and the version presumably intended by Mozart, all in one practical edition.
In Cooperation with G. Henle Verlag. EB 10701 contains the parts for horn in F and Eb. $26.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 3 to 4 weeks

Published by LudwigMasters Publications (AP.36-A128102). UPC: 659359919480. English. Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) completed his Piano Concerto No. 3 in C minor in 1803, not long after writing the famous letter to his brothers, the Heiligenstadt Testament, in which he lamented his increasing deafness. He gave the first performance of the piece, as soloist, on April 5 in a public benefit concert at the Theater an der Wien in Vienna. The opening melody in the first movement bears striking similarity to the first theme heard in Mozart's 24th piano concerto. As a whole, the piece provides an essential link between the Mozartean charm of the two earlier concertos and the more idiosyncratic work found in his middle period. Instrumentation: 2.2.2.2: 2.2.0.0: Timp: Str (4-4-3-3-3 in set): Solo Piano. These products are currently being prepared by a new publisher.
