The DJM-A9 raises the bar for club standard, professional mixers with stunningly clear sound quality, enhanced playability and connectivity, and a host of new features to take performances to the next level. The DJM-A9's new layout design makes it more instinctive and comfortable to play. Spacing was added around the EQ knobs. The channel faders and the MAGVEL FADER crossfader are slicker than those on the DJM-900NXS2, to enable performers to mix and scratch more efficiently. And the Sound Color FX include the world's first Center Lock feature, to ensure artists don't accidentally cross over between the hi/low parameters. Beat FX are more instinctive to use on the DJM-A9 thanks to the new color display and revamped X-Pad, which is now arranged horizontally for simple, sideways finger sliding. Through fine-tuning and improved construction with carefully selected components, the microphone section of the DJM-A9brings new possibilities when streaming or MCing. Artists can connect a condenser mic directly to the DJM-A9 for the best possible vocal sound quality thanks to the phantom power supply to the mic input, which is an industry-first feature on a DJ mixer. To dynamically change the sound of the artist's voice, there are 3 different mic effects plus a dedicated reverb to play with. Changing DJs or playing back-to-back is a breeze on the DJM-A9 thanks to the dual sets of USB Type-B and Type-C ports, which enable artists to connect two PCs/Macs running either rekordboxor Serato DJ Pro. And the mixer's expanded connectivity opens up new possibilities for artists performances. If an artist wants to play tracks from a mobile device, Bluetooth®/MDinput makes it easy on the DJM-A9. The audio can be routed to any channel, and an artist can use all the mixer's effects to change the sound.

“Concertino by Eugène Bozza is a piece for C Tuba or Bb Saxhorn and Piano. Written in two parts, this work lasts 17 minutes and is very difficult to execute as a strong endurance and a high level of skill and technique is required. The whole score is in F key with some accidental alterations. Very interesting in term of melody and sonority, this piece definitely shows the full Tuba range at its best and is perfect for contests and recitals. Eugène Bozza won different prizes at the Conservatoire de Paris such as the First Prize for the Violin, conducting and composition, as well as the Grand Prix de Rome. He composed several operas, chamber works and ballets, among others.&rdquo.

“Composed by Henri Tomasi, Tryptique can be played by a Bb or a C Trumpet with a Piano accompaniment. This piece is divided into three parts of approximately 2 pages each: 1. Scherzo, 2. Largo and 3. Saltarelle. The Saltarelle part includes the use of the sourdine and has numerous accidental alterations. With a high level of difficulty, this piece is ideal for contests and recitals. Henri Tomasi also composed a variety of concerti for Alto Saxophone and for Trombone, as well as some ballades.”.

Een onderhoudende bewerking van Tsjaikovski's wereldberoemde Notenkraker, Waarin de arrangeur op de humoristische wijze een en ander doorelkaar heeft gehusseld. De meeste van de zeven delen zijn gebaseerd op dansstijlen en-ritmes, bijvoorbeeld de samba, de tango, de trepak, de wals en zelfs reggae. Deze stilistische aspecten kunnen worden overdreven voor een maximaal effect. Veel plezier met deze doldwaze notenkraker!

Was wäre, wenn Tschaikowski, von einer schlecht organisierten Reise zurückgekehrt, alle Noten seiner Nussknacker-Suite vollkommen durcheinander vorgefunden hätte und das kurz vor der Premiere? Seltsame Vorstellung - aber genau das ist die Fantasie, die Mike Hannickel seinem amüsanten Stück The Nutty Nutcracker zugrunde legte, in dem die einzelnen Sätze, von Tschaikowskis Reise inspiriert, als Samba oder Klezmer, im chinesischen oder arabischen Stil, als Reggae oder Mariachi-Musik erscheinen.

Imaginez quoi ressemblerait Casse-Noisette si Tcha kovski avait accidentellement mélangé les parties instrumentales de cette œuvre sans jamais retrouver le bon ordre ? Cela vous semble improbable et sans doute avez-vous raison. Mike Hannickel, lui, n’exclut pas cette option et nous propose une toute autre version du célèbre ballet, une version que Tcha kovski aurait peut-être réalisée lui-même s’il y avait pensé. Écoutons sans plus attendre l’œuvre d’un Tcha kovski vraiment distrait.
