Trio Flex is a clever concept that offers you a range of possible options. As well as a demo version played by live instruments, the audio tracks available online contain two play-along tracks for each piece. One trackfeatures the combo only, and the other track features the combo plus the second and third parts of the trio. Peter Kleine Schaars has arranged ten well-known numbers for three wind instruments in various styles and genres. Playthe melody with the combo on the accompaniment track, or play the trio version with the other two recorded parts. That will sound great in itself. But you can also form a trio with two co-players, and have yourselves accompaniedby the combo accompaniment. No matter which variation you choose, get ready for a musical experience that will amaze your audience!

Trio-Flex is een uitgekiend concept dat verschillende mogelijkheden met zich meebrengt. De online beschikbare audiotracks bevatten naast een live ingespeelde demoversie van elk nummer twee begeleidingstracks. Op de enetrack hoor je alleen het combo en op de andere track hoor je het combo met daarbij de tweede en derde stem van het trio.

Peter Kleine Schaars bewerkte tien bekende nummers voor drie spelers in diverse genres en stijlen. Speeldemelodie met het combo op de begeleidingstrack, of speel de trioversie met de tegenstemmen. Dat klinkt al geweldig. Maar je kunt ook met twee medespelers een trio vormen en je door het combo op de begeleidingstrack latenbegeleiden. Trio Flex est un concept malin qui offre plusieurs possibilités de jeu. Chaque pièce est enregistrée dans trois versions : une version intégrale, jouée par un vrai combo, suivie de deux versions play-along quicorrespondent une version combo seul et une version combo avec les voix 2 et 3.

Capriccio is a term for a musical work that doesnâ??t strictly adhere to formal â??classicalâ?? conventions but rather follows its own ideas. The composer Pascal Proust plays about with the listenerâ??s normal expectations in an amusing way, such as presenting a slow swing groove in the piano that is overlaid with a barcarolle-like theme in in the winds, or the colourful coming-together of straight rock and tangoâ?¦ A varied and effective concert piece for four ambitious musicians!

Een capriccio is een muziekstuk waarin de componist zich niet strikt aan de formele â??klassiekeâ?? conventies houdt, maar eerder zijn eigen ideeën volgt. Pascal Proust speelt in dit stuk op een grappige manier met de verwachtingen van de luisteraar: hij presenteert bijvoorbeeld een langzame swinggroove in de piano, die in contrast staat met het barcarolleachtige thema in het blazerstrio, en combineert op kleurrijke wijze kenmerken van de tango en de rock. Een afwisselend, effectvol concertstuk voor vier ambitieuze spelers!

Capriccio ist eine Bezeichnung für Kompositionen, die sich nicht streng an klassischeâ?? Konventionen gebunden fühlen, sondern ihrer eigenen Idee folgen. Der Komponist Pascal Proust spielt hier auf launige Art mit den gängigen Hörerwartungen: Mal konfrontiert er einen langsamen Swing-Groove im Klavier mit einem barkarolenartigen Rhythmus in den Bläsern, mal schreibt er eine Musik irgendwo zwischen Tango und straighter Rock-Nummer. Ein abwechslungsreiches, effektvolles Konzertstück für vier ambitionierte Musiker!

Le terme de capriccio désigne des compositions qui ne sont pas strictement liées des conventions « classiques Â» et suivent leur propre inspiration. Le compositeur Pascal Proust se joue ici avec humour des attentes habituelles de l'auditeur : tantôt il confronte le lent groove swing du piano au rythme de barcarole des vents, tantôt il écrit une musique la croisée du tango et du rock pur.
