| Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah / God of Grace, God of Glory Choral SATB Randol Bass Music
SATB choir with orchestral or piano accompaniment (Mixed Voices) SKU: EC.RBM-...(+)
SATB choir with orchestral or piano accompaniment (Mixed Voices) SKU: EC.RBM-007 Composed by Randol Alan Bass. 21st Century. Octavo. Randol Bass Music #RBM-007. Published by Randol Bass Music (EC.RBM-007). English. This arrangement represents the 5th movement of the larger work Canticles of Praise [], and has here been separated as a stand-alone anthem. The hymn tune CWM RHONDDA is utilized throughout – with the two texts appearing in the title order as the work unfolds. This setting begins and ends with a sparse, Billings-like treatment of the tune with a somewhat bare orchestration, while a more traditional 4-part rendering of the well-known hymn with richer underscoring comes forth in the center section. An optional narration exists for use with the larger work, Canticles of Praise.
Full orchestral accompaniment: 2222 / 2221, timp, 2 perc, hp, stgs, Orchestral performance does not require the use of organ. $2.25 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 1 to 2 weeks

Soli SATB, SATB Choir, 2 Fl, 2 Ob, 2 Vl, Va, Bc SKU: CA.3119249 Church cantata. Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Edited by Christine Blanken. Arranged by Christine Blanken. Stuttgart Urtext Edition: Bach vocal. Organ. Sacred vocal music, Cantatas, Praise and thanks. Single Part, Organ. Composed ca. 1730. BWV 192. 12 pages. Duration 15 minutes. Carus Verlag #CV 31.192/49. Published by Carus Verlag (CA.3119249). ISBN 9790007210298. Language: German/English. The cantata Nun danket alle Gott (Now thank we all our God) BWV 192 is based on the text of the well-known hymn. It is therefore one of a small number of chorale cantatas which contain no free poetic texts. Correspondingly, there are no recitatives either. It has only recently been assumed that this three-movement work was not intended for Leipzig, but was actually written in 1730 for Bach's prestigious position as Kapellmeister of Saxe-Weissenfels. The court of Duke Christian enjoyed the its sojourn in the newly-renovated castle of its secondary residence in Sangerhausen and, at Trinity, in the court church, celebrated the anniversary of its consecration with festive music. Bach evidently occasionally contributed to this. The work does not survive complete. Even in the 18th century a full score evidently no longer existed, just a set of parts, the tenor part of which is entirely missing. For the new edition the missing part has been reconstructed by Detlev Schulten (Leipzig). Score and part available separately - see item CA.3119200. $17.95 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 2 to 3 weeks

However, we do not define God - Hedefines us. And there is only ONE path to the Father and it isclearly marked by a bloodstained cross and an empty tomb. Those who claim the Master are reborn into a bloodline that does nottrace its origin to a culture - but to a cross. . .does not dependupon what we bring - but upon what He freely gives . . .not based intrying to know about God - but actually knowing God.“Yes - we know that there is only one God, the Father, who createdeverything, and we live for Him. And there is only one Lord, JesusChrist, through whom God made everything and through whom we havebeen given life.” 1 Corinthians 8:6“I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God forthe salvation of everyone who believes . . .” Romans 1:16. $15.99 - See more - Buy onlinePre-shipment lead time: 24 hours - In Stock
