Fantasy on an Old English Melody is based on a fragment of melody called The Leaves be Green which was popular in Elizabethan times. Queen's Temple Publications is delighted to publish this wonderful work which was recorded in 2009 by the Eden Guitar Ensemble on their CD 'Music for an Island' (BGS117).

Villa-Lobos J. S. Bach. This series presents some of the most significant works of European and Latin American music from the last three centuries transcribed for chamber guitar ensemble (in formations ranging from duo to quartet). The works contained in each volume have been selected both for their intrinsic artistic value and their potential to enhance sound production and playing technique. Cette sérénade pour quatre guitares s'adresse aussi bien à des élèves avancés qu'à des quatuors professionnels. Tous trouveront là une ?uvre originale, rythmique et variée. Écrite à l'origine pour guitare et quatuor à cordes, Jean-Marie Raymond nous offre ici une belle version pour quatuor de guitares.
