The text by thecomposer is full of appealing references to life in the Orkneys and tells the story of a child’s journey between leaving and reaching home again. Includes ‘At The Shore’ ‘The Heather Track’ and ‘Tractor Ride’.The firstperformance took place at the Academy of Sciences Budapest in December 1982. It was given by the Children's Choir of Miskolc Music Primary School No. 6.
