Rosephanye Powell is known for her ability to bring earthy rhythmic ostinato patterns to a classical level and she has done it again with this one. Commissioned and composed for the National Women's Honor Choir for the ACDANational Convention 2003 this choral is destined for a long life. Relentless energy underscores the Psalm text of praise that makes this a fitting choral for both church and school.

Jill Gallina has done a masterful job of arranging this piece of classic literature in a new lush arrangement for women's voices. This pristine setting of Schumann is a wonderful spring concert piece. Arranged for two sopranos and two alto vocal parts.

Song For Athene is a work by British composer John Tavener arranged by Barry Rose for Upper Voices and Organ with optional Cello. The text is taken from Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' as well as from theOrthodox Funeral Service. The entire work lasts around 7 minutes. The original version of Song For Athene was commissioned by the BBC and first performed on 22nd January 1994 at St Giles'Church Cripplegate London by the BBC Singers conducted by Simon Joly. This arrangement received a positive review from Geoffrey Webber in the January/February 2016 edition of Choir & Organ.
