Sondra K. Tucker has written the impassioned Seasons of Life, for three to five octaves of handbells. This memorial piece is both hauntingly beautiful and powerfully life-affirming. Though marked a level four, most choirs capable of ringing a level three piece ought to be able to work this one up with a modest effort, and the result will be well worth it.
