Arranged for Lever or Pedal Harp-Sylvia Woods has included two harp arrangements of Ed Sheeran's “Perfect” in this folio. Both versions can be played on either lever harp or pedal harp. The first arrangement (pages 1 through 6) is the complete piece. The shorter two-page version on pages 7 and 8 includes only the first verse. It is exactly the same as the first 52 measures of the complete version with a short ending added. This version is perfect for wedding processionals and other occasions when your playing time is limited and you don't want to worry about turning pages.

Ibert's Six Pieces for Harp were published in 1917 shortly after the composer's graduation from the Paris Conservatoire. He was a successful composer writing for a variety of instruments including the Harp such as his Six Pieces. Despite his studies being interrupted by WWI Jacques Ibert (1890-1962) won the Grand Prix de Rome on his first attempt proving his ability from a young age. Ibert enjoyed tackling all styles and form of modernity with equal success. His Six Pieces for Harp display frequent changes of tempo time signature and key signature as well as the use of complexrhythms and varied articulation. The Six Pieces have a continuous romantic theme set near water; 1. Morning on the water 2. Scherzetto 3. Boat in the evening 4. Ballad 5. Reflections in the water and 6. Fantasy. Ibert's Six Pieces are evocative and creative suitable for all intermediate- to advanced-level harpists.

The composer writes: 'This piece was composed using as its basis the compositional technique of serialism in which a fixed series of notes are used to make the harmonic and melodic base of a piece. I looked at the twelve Munro???s on the Isle of Skye known as The Cuillin and used their height???s to get the twelve notes required in serialism. The tallest is Sg?rr Alasdair at 992 meters and Sg?rr a??? Mhadaidh is the shortest at 918 meters. I added together the number of meters to get a single number that could be related to a note in the scale. I wrote down the scale I had chosen and assigned each Cuillin a note the heights of the Cuillin gave me the order which gave me the tune Iuse. I decided not to use a conventional scale so I put on my B and F levers which gives the scale a darker colour that I feel matches the mystery of the Cuillin. Although the technique used to achieve the scale is serial the piece itself cannot be described as a serial piece and I have allowed the music to develop more freely and organically than a system would allow.'
