Bring your trumpets out front and let them herald in the holiday season, starting with a fanfare that leads into a fun, swinging version of this well known carol. It's easy to work up, and it's playable with limited instrumentation so it will sound fine with as few as 2 trumpets. After playing through the tune, the bones, bass & bari get a fun riff going. Then the saxes and trumpets trade twos over it. This leads up to a key change and the trumpets lead the way to the end. No solos.
