Writer John Delaney and composer Oliver Davis collaborated on an operatic project based on the Irish mythological tale of Tir na Nog. This Mortal Man was written from the perspective of the goddess Niamh who has fallen in love with earthling Oisin, whom she wishes to marry, against the wishes of the gods.
