TWV 40:14 - 40:25-Georg Philipp Telemann (1681 - 1767) paid particular attention to the field of chamber music without bass. The 12 Fantasias for Violin without Bass 1735 formally display a cyclic construction with numerous variants. Elements of the sonata the concerto or the suite are taken up and expertly contrasted with one another. Le poche modifiche sono state segnalate nelle note editoriali e tra parentesi nello spartito. Nella parte con arcate e diteggiature oltre alle indicazioni tecniche sono state aggiunte le dinamiche in una delle numerose possibili interpretazioni, per dare all? esecutore che per la prima volta si approccia a questa partitura, un?idea musicale di partenza dalla quale poi poter elaborare la propria. Telemann's Fantasias for Solo Violon and his Fantasias for Solo Flute constitute a varied collection of twelve pieces, half of which follow the model of the 'sonata da chiesa' and the other half the model of the 'sonata da camara'.
