Composed by Bochsa, Twenty-Five Studies, Op. 6a is a set of part of the Favourite Studies from the same author for intermediate and advanced harp players. Reviewed by Alphonse Hasselmans, each studies has a different difficulty level and can be played separately. This set of studies will help the harpist to gain in flexibility and speed, and would ideally be played on pedal harps. In the same series, Bochsa also composed a set of Forty Easy Studies, Op. 318, a set of Twenty Studies in two books and one called Fifty Studies, Op.34. All these sets have been reviewed by Alphonse Hasselmans, professor at the Paris Conservatoire, who also indicated the best finger positions to use.

Written by the French flautist and composer Marcel Moyse, Beginning the Flute is a method for flute beginners. Created as a supplement for other existing methods such as Taffanel-Gaubert, Gariboldi, or Remusat, Beginning the Flute works as an introductory ABC and provides the beginner with preliminary exercises. These 26 pages consist of thirteen lessons in two pages, the first one to learn the technique and to develop a good sonority and the second to progress with these. If the player encounters difficulties with tempo or breathing for example, they could work on the first page of each lesson and come back later on the second ones, once more technique has been acquired. “Concertino Da Camera, written in 1935 by Jacques Ibert (1890-1962) is a small concerto for Alto Saxophone and eleven instruments: Flute, Bassoon, Oboe, Horn, Trumpet and Strings. This concertino in two movements, Allegro con moto and Larghetto ? Animato Molto, is dedicated to the saxophonist Sigurd Rascher and stands out for its large use of the Alto Saxophone. It can be technically challenging and has a strong lyrical part. This volume is the pocket version of the score. Its author, Jacques Ibert (1890-1962) is a neoclassical composer who won the Prix de Rome in 1919. He composed many symphonic suites, operas and seven orchestras, including 'Angelique' (1926) and 'Divertissement' (1930). He also was in charge of the Accadémie de France in the Villa Médicis (Roma) and was later administrator for the Paris Opera. This concerto has some similarities with is Flute Concerto (1934), also published by Alphonse Leduc.”.
