Leider verzichtete Popp (aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen) auf eine Bearbeitung des außerordentlich brillanten 3.Tanzes. Dieser wurde hier zusammen mit den beiden ersten Tänzen neu für Flöte und Klavier bearbeitet, wobei der 3. Tanz aus Rücksicht auf ein ausgewogenes spieltechnisches Niveau aller hier bearbeiteten Tänze von A-Dur nach G-Dur transponiert wurde. So wird die Flötenliteratur mit diesen wunderbaren Tänzen wieder um eine Kostbarkeit bereichert.
