directs six choral
organizations, four
handbell choirs, and a
32-piece orchestra from
his post at Derbyshire
Baptist Church in
Richmond. He is active as
a choral clinician and
adjudicator, leads
publisher reading
sessions, has served as
Music & Worship Chair for
the Virginia ACDA, and
travels extensively for
lectures and workshops,
and still finds time to
perform occasional
concerts and act as
accompanist. To celebrate
