Pendant ce temps, il participe aux concerts de l'Orchestre de Bordeaux-Aquitaine dirigé par R. BENZI.Il fonde l'ensemble des Jeunes Solistes d'Aquitaine et le groupe de percussion : PERCUSSIS.Soliste aux PERCUSSIONS DE STRASBOURG de 1983 à 1996, il en deviendra le directeur musical.Passionné par la création et le travail des compositeurs d'aujourd'hui, il crée le quatuor TETRA (2 pianos, 2 percussions) et effectuera parallèlement un duo avec l'accordéoniste P. CONTET. Parmi ses prestations de soliste, il collaborera avec l'Ensemble Instrumental et Vocal MUSICATREIZE, avec le CHoeUR CONTEMPORAIN D'AIX-EN-PROVENCE, dirigé par R. HAYRABEDIAN et l'Ensemble Instrumental TELEMAQUE, dirigé par R. LAY.Sa discographie est composée pour l'heure de 25 titres d'horizons très différents, car Christian HAMOUY est amoureux de toutes les musiques.Très attiré par la pédagogie, il obtient le Certificat d'Aptitude et enseigne la pédagogie PERCUSTRA en France et à l'étranger.Il enseigne pendant 9 ans aux côtés de F. DUPIN puis G. VAN GUCHT au Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Lyon. Inspired by Béla Bartók's violin sonatas, Ravel planned his own sonata for violin and piano in 1922, but at first did not get beyond sketches. Many interruptions ensued and the work was only finished in 1927. He dedicated it to his violinist friend Hélène Jourdan-Morhange. Regarding the sonata's sparse, thinned out compositional structure and instrumentation, Ravel later emphasized that the sonata proved the tonal incompatibility of the violin and piano. Yet it still succeeded in winning a permanent place in violin repertoire - not least because of its middle movement inspired by jazz elements and the 'blues?.
