ISBN 9790203700944.Aus einer spateren Schaffensperiode stammt die 1993 komponierte Sonata breve. Der Titel, die Dreisatzigkeit, die Satzcharaktere und die innere Gesetzlichkeit des Werkes weisen es als klassisch orientierte Komposition aus, die einer Asthetik der Absoluten Musik verpflichtet ist. Den ersten Satz eroffnet nach vier Fortissimo-Akkorden ein charakteristisches Grundmotiv, das, vielfach transformiert, verkurzt oder erweitert, den Satz bestimmt. Ein zweites, lyrisches, klangorientiertes Bewegungselement verbindet sich als Gegensatz und Korrelat mit dieser vorwarts drangenden Gestik. Taktwechsel und Zasuren erzeugen weitere konstrastierende Farbwerte. Eine codaartige Schlusspassage zielt mit bohrender Insistenz auf den Spitzenton fis, mit welchem der Satz endet. Mit dem gleichen, mehrmals wiederkehrenden Ton beginnt der zweite Satz. Er bildet eine vorwiegend ametrische, aus weit gefacherten Akkorden und Intervallen gebildete Klangflache, die anfangs einen ziellos kreisenden Eindruck vermittelt, allmahlich aber zu einem Hohepunkt gefuhrt wird und ebenso kontinuierlich wieder verklingt bis zur vollstandigen Ruhe des reinen Quintklanges gis-dis. Hierauf folgt als dritter Satz ein metrisch akzentuiertes Finale im nur gelegentlich durchbrochenen Neunachteltakt. Wie im Kopfsatz - und mit dem dortigen zweiten Motiv verwandt - wird ein lyrisches Motiv als gegensatzliches Element eingefuhrt. Ein kraftiger Schlussabschnitt verstarkt die repetierende Betonung des Spitzentons fis, der als Zentral- und Zielton der ganzen Sonate bestatigt wird.

En este aspecto tengo que agradecer a Helios Borja Cortijo su gran contribución a mis conocimientos sobre la historia de Algimia. Mis composiciones nunca narran historias, se inspiran en ellas, en los sentimientos que de ellas extraemos, sentimos o transmitimos, Estas historias tan sólo nos facilitan la comprensión de la obra.ANÃLISISFormalmente la obra está compuesta en la forma sonata, con algunas licencias respecto a la que podrÃamos calificar –si es posible- Sonata Escolástica.INTRODUCCIÓN Inicio hasta compás 59.La introducción comienza con el acompañamiento de un clúster de cinco notas octatónicas. A partir del segundo compás va apareciendo –siempre de forma desfigurada- el tema principal de esta composición. Este no aparecerá claramente hasta el compás 62TEMA PRINCIPALCompás 60 hasta 101Alrededor de la tonalidad de LA se construye el tema principal que aparece en los graves de la banda, pasando a los agudos mientras los graves hacen un canon a la 4ª Justa.A nivel comprensivo y tan sólo como recomendación diré que la introducción y el tema principal corresponden históricamente a ALGIMIA MUDEJARTEMA SECUNDARIOCompás 102 a 136Esta parte inspirada en la ÉPOCA MORISCA de Algimia está formada por diferentes elementos siendo cuatro los más importantes.Al igual que la Introducción el tema segundario está iniciado por un Clúster, en éste caso el Clúster es cromático.El siguiente elemento en aparecer –Corno Inglés- es el propio nombre de Algimia en movimiento contrario, tomando el Abecedario como modelo y partiendo de la nota LALa inquisición está representada por las trompetas y los trombones.Estos elementos están acompañados de la simbologÃa mayormente personal del número once, representado por los cuartos y las once campanadas.En el compás 112 aparece el Elemento Cristiano de este Tema Secundario, este está en modo Dórico, también llamado Protus o Auténtico. Primero aparece en el registro grave de la banda y posteriormente en el registro grave de las maderas.DESARROLLOCompás 137 hasta el 217Basado en el Periodo de la ÉPOCA CRISTIANA MODERNA elabora los elementos presentados en la exposición con cambios a veces muy significativos.Lo primera sensación es que estamos reexponiendo los materiales, sin embargo, se está creando una falsa reexposición que en este caso nos lleva a SIb dándonos sensación de cadencia rota con un inesperado SIb.Después de un breve comentario del Tema Secundario –Tema cristiano- aparece muy desfigurado el Tema principal en oposición al Tema Cristiano, éste último en modo octatónico.Tema PrincipalTema CristianoA partir del 182 está inspirado en la expulsión de los Moriscos. Después de una breve introducción con elementos del Tema Principal y del tema Cristiano, compases 182 a 189, aparece el Tema Principal en forma de llamamiento a la guerra. Éste se repite tres veces, una pequeña coda de tres compases 214 al 217 da paso a la reexposición.REEXPOSICIÓN

La Sinfonia n. 25 in Sol minore K 183, chiamata anche la Piccola sinfonia in Sol minore, è una sinfonia di Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, composta a Salisburgo nell'ottobre 1773, poco tempo dopo aver terminato l'opera seria Lucio Silla.L'apertura a razzo di Mannheim (un passaggio melodico rapidamente ascendente che tipicamente ha una linea crescente arpeggiata) è stata citata da Beethoven nella sua prima sonata per pianoforte, come soggetto principale del primo movimento. L'Allegro con brio sostituisce l'Allegro spiritoso delle precedenti sinfonie. Si inizia con un ritmo sincopato caratterizzato da un tema breve ripetuto più volte ed infine ripreso dall'oboe in forma malinconica e delicata. In tutto il movimento il ritmo rimane serrato.Con le sue linee melodiche ad ampi balzi e i suoi vivaci soggetti musicali, questa sinfonia è caratteristica dello stile Sturm und Drang. Essa condivide alcune caratteristiche con altre sinfonie Sturm und Drang di questa epoca, ed è probabilmente ispirata dalla Sinfonia n. 39 di Joseph Haydn, anch'essa in Sol minore.

Più tosto VivaceJohann Joachim Quantz, a German flutist and composer, occupies an intermediate position between the Baroque and Classical periods. His Sei Duetti, op. 2, composed in 1759, is an excellent example of his position between the two eras, showcasing elegance, lightness, and tenderness. They illustrate Quantz's craftsmanship and influence on transitioning from the Baroque to the Classical style. Thus, Quantz's music reflects an essential link in the evolution of musical styles from the Baroque to the Classical era. Quantz composed about 300 concerti and 200 other flute pieces for Frederick the Great. His works are for the transverse flute, including sonatas, concertos, trio sonatas, quartets, duets, trios, and unaccompanied caprices and fantasias for the flute. His treatise Versuch einer Anweisung die Flöte traversiere zu spielen (1752) is a valuable source of information on ornamentation and performance practices of the 18th century.
