This is a fabulous song by Pentatonix which I have arranged for four-part (SSAA) a cappella voices. It can be sung with or without the body percussion as I know it's sometimes difficult to do both at the same time!Whilst in the original Pentatonix song, Scott Hoying has most of the solos, I have arranged this so that all voices get the chance to sing the main melody. The bass part is not the most interesting(!) as the whole song is built over a repeating two-bar phrase (four chords). However, in this arrangment, I have managed to give them the main melody at bar 30 and at bar 61 they are the only voice-part to sing Mitch's parting tune - it's the basses' time to shine!I have two versions of this song available. The other version (Product Number 1356139) is closer to the original Pentatonix one. It is more rhythmic and slightly more difficult to sing, so if you like a challenge, then go and check out that one. But this version is equally enjoyable and will keep a smile on your face and your toes a tappin!!

This song is about a miracle. Liam was born in December 2018 and was without oxygen for fifteen minutes. Normally, that is fatal. In Liam's case, he lived but he had no sight, no hearing, no touch and no brain activity. He was given days to live and his parents took him home to talk to him, sing to him, be with him in his first and last few days. Days passed and Liam didn't die. Julian Hay #874221. Published by Julian Hay (A0.1282948). This arrangement was commissioned for, and premiered by, Voices Co. Pop A Cappella Academy, for our Junior Squad Vocal Band. It is a sentimental and heart warming song, with lots of variety and opportunity for expression. The arrangement is also suitable for SSAT, and can be sung in a lower key if necessary. VOCAL LAYOUT:The melody, or lead line, is divided amongst the vocal parts to give variety. The B.G (background) parts replicate the instrumental accompaniment of the original track, filling out the arrangement and creating the contemporary texture that is at the heart of Pop A Cappella. The dynamics give an indication which vocal parts should be strongest at any given moment, but changes may need to be made depending on the number / balance of singers, and the strengths of each vocal section.
