The realization of the aria for voice and piano, made by Sergei Pichugin, is based on the score manuscript of the late version of Il Farnace from 1738. The music of the aria was largely borrowed by composer from the aria of the same title from his earlier opera L’Atenaide (1729); its score manuscript is written in in E flat major and contains significant textural and rhythmic differences (e. g., common time signature) from the late version of Il Farnace. The aria may be an invaluable addition to the repertoire of vocal teachers and students. It is available in the key of F major (F4 – F5) for high voice.

He also serves as the Minister of Music of Children at the Berean Christian Church in Stone Mountain. He obtained his Bachelors of Music Education degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University and his Masters of Music Education degree in Choral Conducting from Georgia College and State University. His other musical achievements include arranging music for the 1996 Closing Ceremonies for the Summer Olympics and for the grand champion of the Savannah Onstage National Singing Competition. He has worked as music director for several musicals, which include The Wiz, Annie, Oliver, Anne of Green Gables, Rent, and several others. His choral groups have consistently received superior and excellent ratings at festivals and contests in each school that he has taught.

From 1998 to 2018, she was the director of the Roncesvalles Gospel Choir and has written and directed many original children's musicals at Roncesvalles United Church. From 2011 to 2020 Joanna was the music director and head vocal teacher at Broadway Arts Centre. She performs frequently in local festivals and clubs with her six-voice folkgrass ensemble North of Queen and also sings with Toronto’s premiere rock choir newchoir. Joanna is an award-winning songwriter (Songdoor, Song of the Year, ISSA) and arranger and her works have been performed by choirs and bands all over the world.
