The arrangement proposes a cathedral atmosphere, with the piano pedal often mixing sounds and chords to provide the reverberation of a cathedral. The text of the first stanza was placed in Latin to evoke the Gregorian ambience of the first centuries of sacred vocal music. You will love playing and singing this arrangement. It will really feel like a cathedral. Your audience will love to hear it. O Come, O Come, Emmanuel, is a song for the Advent period, that is, the four sunday period before the day of Christmas. It's a period of expectation, of wait for the coming of the Messiah. the anthem has a centuries-old and curious history: text and music came from countries different and from different periods of the story! The text already existed in the eighth century! and it was very sung! But the first publication that his if you know it is from the year 1710, coming from the city of Cologne, Germany. The melody we know today, was associated for the first time to the text in 1851, in a English hymnal of that year. But the origin of melody remained obscure. the mystery was solved in 1966, only when Marry Berry, English musicologist, discovered in the National Library of France, a manuscript from the 15th century that brought the melody score, but associated with another text, Bone Jesu dulcis. Included are the voice, contrabass clarinet, cello, accordion, percussion and piano. The text comes from the 15th century French prince and poet Charles d'Orleans. His life story reads like a soap opera. In three movements, the first line of each poem can be translated as: The weather has left its coat, There is no point in having an unhappy heart and In winter the fire, fire. The score includes written and spatial notation. The last movement is basically a tavern song. The duration is 7'30. This is a manuscript score, thus the reduced price.Soleil Luisant was premiered by the Ensemble Aleph at the Theatre Dunois, Paris, France on December 9, 1996.

Il Trovatore is a drama in four acts and eight pictures, set in Spain at the beginning of the 15th century, which tells, with a beautiful expressive song, flaming passions such as love, jealousy, revenge, hatred and lust. Manrico and the Count of Luna, in love with the same woman, face each other until death as enemies, without knowing that they are brothers. Belonging to two different social classes, they only share Leonora's love which doubles the existing hatred of social conflict. STRIDE LA VAMPA! At the foot of a mountain, in a camp, some gypsies dedicated to their activities cheer their work with songs, dances and toasts (gypsy chorus: See the gloomy nocturnal remains).
