Somewhere in Time is a 1980 American romantic fantasy drama film from Universal Pictures, directed by Jeannot Szwarc, and starring Christopher Reeve, Jane Seymour, and Christopher Plummer. It is a film adaptation of the novel Bid Time Return (1975) by Richard Matheson, who also wrote the screenplay.Reeve plays Richard Collier, a playwright who becomes obsessed with a photograph of a young woman at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan. Through self-hypnosis, he manifests himself back in time to the year 1912 to find love with actress Elise McKenna (portrayed by Seymour). He comes into conflict with Elise's manager, William Fawcett Robinson (portrayed by Plummer), who fears that romance will derail her career, and attempts to stop him.The film is known for its musical score composed by John Barry, featuring pianist Roger Williams. The 18th variation of Sergei Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini is also used several times.Seymour disclosed at the 2022 TCM Classic Film Festival that she and Christopher Reeve fell in love while working on the film. However, they broke up after Reeve found out his ex-girlfriend was expecting his child. Published by John Philips Music Service (A0.947280). This is a funky 2 beat built on double (24 bar) blues. It has an optional vocal,( cued in for alto sax) that should be sung thru a megaphone like the old Winchester Cathedral. The title comes from a pattern of speech found only in Chicago where people still say over by here and over by there. It swings well and invites a couple tambourines playing on 2 and 4. This is a fun chart but is very correct musically even if you expect the Blues Brothers to show up when it’s played. It can be opened for solos if needed. Don’t get too serious about the vocal, it’s best with your worst singer, maybe with a clothes-pin on his nose. Enjoy it with your audience.If you want a Maynard or Buddy chart, look elsewhere. This series of charts uses nothing more complicated than eighth notes, are not frantic or screamers, extreme ranges and are hemi-demi-semi-quaver free. They depend on intonation and the players being not intimidated by what he is asked to play. There is no contest to see how high you can go before you need oxygen , how many notes you can play in 9 seconds or before your bell overheats , or how long it takes the audience to cover their earsRelaxed and confident players always play more in tune. Good harmonies, lines and realistic rhythm patterns will produce a good result that will swing and be enjoyed by player and listener alike.

Now Whiskers has come across this mysterious house in the forest, he approaches it with curiosity and cautiousness. This is reflected in the start of the piece where the chords are slow and cautious but they eventually turn into quaver broken chords as Whiskers begins to have a look around the house, taking care in every step he takes. As Whiskers explores the outside of the house, he finds smashed windows, broken doors, rotting wood, and a once loved and alive home, abandoned and forgotten, left to rot and fall apart.He comes back around to the front of the house now that he has had a good look around it and has a decision to make. Does his curious nature take him inside to explore the unknown, with a possibility of finding food or a safe place to live or does he go back and find his way back home? Of course, Whiskers can’t help himself and he decides to venture into the house to find out what lies inside.

It was written by George Harrison and is one of his best-known compositions. Harrison wrote the song in early 1969 at the country house of his friend Eric Clapton, where Harrison had chosen to play truant for the day to avoid attending a meeting at the Beatles' Apple Corps organisation.The Beatles recorded Here Comes the Sun at London's EMI Studios in the summer of 1969. Led by Harrison's acoustic guitar, the track features a Moog synthesizer, which he had introduced to the band's sound after acquiring an early model of the instrument in California. Reflecting the continued influence of Indian classical music on Harrison's writing, the composition includes several time signature changes. Here Comes the Sun has received acclaim from music critics. Combined with his other contribution to Abbey Road, Something, it gained for Harrison the level of recognition as a songwriter previously reserved for his bandmates John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Here Comes the Sun was the track used to promote the 50th anniversary reissue of Abbey Road in 2019. It peaked at number 3 on the US Billboard Hot Rock Songs chart at that time and has since been certified double platinum for UK sales since 2010. This arrangement is a unique take on the Scooby Doo theme song, as it is to be sung by just 4 voices together in close harmony in the style of Barbershop, a type of A Capella music. It is designed for an all-male barbershop quartet to sing at competitions, shows, parties, and many other kinds of gatherings. It may be sung by a larger Barbershop chorus, with 4 distinct parts and multiple people on each part, but works best when sung as a quartet. The arrangement is based off of the theme song to a Saturday morning animated cartoon series titled Scooby Doo, Where Are You!, which debuted in 1969 and ran actively until 1976. The premise of the show is a gang of five mystery-solving teenagers and their Great Dane dog, Scooby Doo investigating the various spooky occurrences in the area caused by supernatural creatures that terrorize the people in the area. While the gang is overall very intelligent and adept at finding clues which always leads to success at apprehending any suspects involved, their key to success lies in Scooby-Doo, whom the gang depends on for his waggish nature and the tricks he plays on the monsters or villains. While Scooby Doo is often filled with trepidation at the thought of being near any monsters or haunted houses, he often overcomes that fear when his team needs it the most, especially when his favorite treat is promised for coming through: Scooby Snacks.
