Allow the Guitarist to close it out by going into the shout section of the letter E.Letter E is the famous riff until the next, the last measure with the railroad tracks. At the pause, allow the lead soloist or the drummer to work until the last note is cued. If the spirit is still high, the final note can be played with directed quarter note hits leading back to the 5th measure of letter E (shout section). Play it straight to the end with no railroad tracks during this time.
