These are the Best of Times we have These are the Best of Times, These are the Best of Times.Verse 1Love to live my life with you and have fun the whole day thru, ski-ppin'stones in the summer time on the  lake be-side our home.  Love to live my life with you ha-vin' fun the evenin' too we wouldCuddle by the f-ire and dream the night a-way!ChorusThese could be the best of times ours could be the grandest life,If we just decide to make it happen. Solo Guitar - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1343840 Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Matthew Nace. Advent,Baroque,Christmas,Classical,Religious. Individual part. 69 pages. Matthew Nace #929349. Published by Matthew Nace (A0.1343840). This dual arrangement of one of Bach’s best-known compositions includes a solo arrangement for classical/finger-style guitar (with optional duet part) and an arrangement for guitar ensemble.  It has been prepared with reference to Bach’s original score, respecting Bach’s original key, harmony, and form, and can be performed together with other faithful arrangements of the piece, such as Alfred Reed’s arrangement for concert band. The solo part is optimized for performance by a guitarist of intermediate skill, at times prioritizing the chorale over the triplet accompaniment.  The optional duet part covers the missing accompaniment and is suitable for a guitarist of late-beginner skill. The guitar ensemble has been arranged for three to six independent guitar parts (triplet melody; bass line; a separate, chordal part for the chorale; two optional inner-harmony parts; and an optional continuo part that could also be played on any other chordal instrument) plus an optional part for bass guitar (or other bass instrument).  Alternatively, the solo guitar arrangement covers the Guitar 4 and 5 (bassline and chorale) parts and doubles most of the Guitar 1 (triplet melody) parts.  All parts for the guitar ensemble are intended for late beginner guitarists.  They are provided in standard notation (fully edited with extensive fingerings) and in tablature. The package also includes many additional parts to reinforce the chorale (either the melody or the complete, four-part texture), including choir (in the original German or in English) or a variety of possible instrumental quartets, including woodwinds, saxophones, brass, chamber orchestra, or recorder consort.  These parts allow a valuable and rare opportunity for a solo guitarist or a guitar ensemble to perform together with other ensembles.

Joybells Ringing Songs of Praise (Collection of 10 Hymns for One Octave Handbell Choir with Piano)

Bells,Handbell,Handchime,Piano Accompaniment - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1358777 By Sharon Wilson. By African-American Spiritual, Chester G. Allen, Elisha Albright Hoffman, Fanny J. Crosby, Henri F. Hemy, John Bacchus Dykes, Reginald Heber, Robert Lowry, William H. Doane, and William J. Kirkpatrick. Arranged by Sharon Wilson. Children,Christian,Easter,Sacred,Traditional. 96 pages. Sharon Wilson #943238. Published by Sharon Wilson (A0.1358777). This collection contains 10 hymns and praise choruses arranged for a one octave, 13-note chromatic scale Handbell choir with Piano accompaniment. For each song, the Piano provides an introduction then the Handbells play the melody and occasional 2-part harmony. Most songs include an optional repeat and second ending in case a longer song is desired. For each song, there is a combined score with both instruments (Handbells and Piano) on a grand staff plus two separate scores for the Handbells (one in standard format with black and white notes and the second with color-coded notes). If the combined score is more than three pages, a separate Piano only score is also provided.A color-coded note chart is also provided for each song which shows the Handbell notes used as well as the number of times each note is played.  The note distribution is helpful when assigning notes to ringers. You may want to assign fewer notes to beginners or evenly distribute the bells between all ringers. On the color-coded score, only filled noteheads (quarter and eighth notes) are used so the notes are full color and easier to distinguish (this does not indicate the bells need to be silenced immediately before the next beat). Also, only quarter rests are used to help visualize the number of beats per measure. As a reminder for beginning ringers, all sharps and flats are displayed (shown in the key of C) on the color-coded score. As noted above, one of the Handbell scores for each song is color-coded for easier note reading for beginning ringers.  These separate color-coded scores use the Chroma-Notes™ Colored Music System. If you have a set of Handbells with a different color scheme, Chroma-Notes Stick Ons can be purchased and applied so the Handbells match this color scheme. The number of ringers needed will vary depending on the skill level of the participants. For more advanced players, each person could be assigned two or three notes. For beginners, it is best to assign one or two notes to each person. Note assignment suggestions are included for each song and range from 4 to 8 ringers. These familiar hymns and choruses are perfect for small groups and especially beginning ringers. Most songs can be performed with as few as 5 people (4 ringers and 1 piano player). The Piano accompaniment is written for an intermediate player.Permission is granted to make as many copies as needed for one family, church, school, or other performing group. Please purchase additional copies for multiple groups or organizations. Each song is also available separately with accompanying preview pages and audio samples. Song titles included in this collection:   Be Still and KnowFaith of Our FathersHoly, Holy, HolyKum Ba YahPraise Him! Small Ensemble Alto Recorder,Baritone Recorder,Flute - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.842538 Composed by Various (Collection). Arranged by B. Brennan. Concert,Instructional,Romantic Period,Standards. Score and parts. 24 pages. Bl_music #5290011. Published by bl_music (A0.842538). Calisthenics for Treble/Alto Recorder 15 Solo-Etudes, Gallops, Polkas, Variations (notation: treble clef) 15 entertaining solo-etudes: Rondos, Polkas, Gallops, Variations….. all suitable for intermediate to advanced students as well as professionals; as exercises for the fingers, just for the fun of it or as (shorter) concert /contest pieces or encores. What are Calisthenics? You’ve all come across them in one form or another….mainly probably in caricatures of Victorian or Edwardian men in boldly striped sportswear lifting heavy weights or Victorian ladies elegantly waving their arms around(see photo) We found the idea of daily exercises in combination with utterly lovely tunes so intriguing that we decided to call our latest publication Calisthenics The music combines training of speed, thumb technique, interpretation. Short: another great fun and educational publication. The word calisthenics is derived from the Greek, kalos, beautiful; and sthenos, strength; the object of calisthenic exercises being to secure physical beauty by developing the limbs and muscles of the human frame, and making the joints flexible, thereby giving strength and power, and ensuring a graceful carriage, erect bearing, and freedom to the figure. In the words of the old Victorians: The highest refinement of that beauty is unattainable without splendour of activity and delicate strength. Exercise is now recognised to be as great a necessity in woman's education as in man's we are learning that many bodily defects and much of her weak health is attributable to the want of it; more especially in youth, when the frame is growing. Such exercises must, however, be carried out under a system; irregularly conducted, they do more harm than good. The constitution must be coaxed, not strained; the strength not unduly taxed, no over-fatigue ensuing; for exhaustion makes people look worn and old. The exertion must not be too violent, and the health and physical development of each pupil must be specially studied. Early morning or evening are the best times to select, but on no account immediately after a meal. The clothing should not be too warm, nor interfere in any way with the action of the limbs. A musical accompaniment will best preserve the necessary rhythm - the time, four or eight beats to a bar; failing this, the pupils should be taught to sing or count in concert, thereby keeping up their interest and zest. A castanet will, failing better means, help to mark the time with or without music. One of our aims is to revive these compositions and bring them to the attention of players and audiences.

Whiskers and Pippin had left the abandoned house behind, but they carried with them something far more valuable than anything they could have found within its dusty walls—a new friendship. As they journeyed through the woods, they discovered that they had more in common than just their fur colour. Their shared curiosity led them to explore new paths, while their cautious natures kept them safe from danger. Every rustle of the leaves, every flicker of movement in the underbrush, became an adventure when they were together.Day after day, Whiskers and Pippin would meet at the edge of the forest, eager to explore each other’s favourite spots. Whether it was a hidden grove full of the sweetest acorns or a quiet stream perfect for reflection, they found joy in sharing these special places with each other. The once lonely woods now felt alive with the warmth of their companionship. They would chase each other up trees, playfully darting between branches, and when the day grew late, they would sit side by side, watching the sun dip below the horizon. The fear and hesitation that once filled their first encounter was now just a distant memory. In its place was a deep bond, forged through shared experiences and a mutual understanding. Whiskers and Pippin might have been cautious, but together, they found the courage to explore a world that felt much less daunting with a friend by their side. And so, from that day on, they were inseparable—two squirrels who had found in each other a lifelong companion, proving that sometimes, the best adventures begin when you least expect them.

Piano Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.887255 Composed by Charles-Louis Hanon. Arranged by Martin Woodward. Instructional. Score. 37 pages. Martin Woodward #6513221. Published by Martin Woodward (A0.887255). Hanon Piano / Keyboard Exercises 1 - 30Condensed and Simplified for Beginners Easy ReadingIn this short book you will find condensed and simplified versions of the Hanon piano finger exercises 1 - 30 as well as the major, harmonic minor and melodic minor scales in every key (two octaves). What is Hanon? The ‘Hanon Virtuoso Pianist’ is a collection of piano finger exercises designed to give equal strength, agility and flexibility to all five fingers of both hands. Written by Charles-Louis Hanon sometime in the 1800s, these exercises without doubt have become one of the most widely used techniques by today’s pianists. In my opinion these are the best finger exercises available. One really great thing about these exercises is that they are applicable to both absolute beginners and advanced players alike, particularly as the reading ability required is minimal. Whatever your ability, these exercises will help improve your technique and finger strength. Having been written well over 100 years ago, the original work is now in the public domain and therefore digital copies can be acquired free of charge on the internet. However, most of these are very poor quality and the instructions are mainly in French or Russian - neither of which work too well for me! For the full version I personally recommend the ‘Alfred’ Edition edited by Allan Small which is clear and has instructions in English. So why do I need this book? The whole point is to make it easy to read and to reduce page turns - less is more! In the full version the first 30 exercises take up fifty pages whereas here there are three exercises per page for the first 20, then two per page for the next 10, reducing the fifty pages to just twelve. I initially produced this for my own use only but figured that others may like to take advantage of what I’ve done. Does this mean that the print is just smaller? No, not at all. If you are familiar with these exercises you will know that they are repeated patterns which ascend and descend for two octaves diatonically. To condense and simplify them and consequently eliminate an enormous amount of page turns I have shown: the all-important fingering on the first pattern (as per the original)then the repeated second patternthen ‘changeover’ patterns between ascending and descending - which are sometimes slightly differentthen finally the last pattern of each exercise which again is often very slightly different. I have also written them two octaves apart (for easy reading) and only shown them for one octave instead of two. In practice they should be played one octave apart and ultimately be practiced for two octaves. You can print out any or all the pages as required (the link for the pdf printable version is given at the end of the book). Please see: https://learn-keyboard.co.uk/hanon.html

Christmas Carols (Collection of 10 Color-Coded Arrangements for One Octave Boomwhackers® with Piano)
Small Ensemble Boomwhackers,Piano Accompaniment - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.56…

Small Ensemble Boomwhackers,Piano Accompaniment - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.569886 By Sharon Wilson. By Various. Arranged by Sharon Wilson Music. Children,Christmas,Folk,Sacred,Traditional. Score and parts. 77 pages. Sharon Wilson #6609343. Published by Sharon Wilson (A0.569886). This collection contains 10 familiar Christmas carols arranged for a one octave, 13-note chromatic scale Boomwhackers® choir with Piano accompaniment. For each song, the Piano provides an introduction then the Boomwhackers® play the melody and occasional 2-part harmony. Each song also includes an optional repeat and final ending in case a longer song is desired. For each song, there is a combined score with both instruments (Boomwhackers® and Piano) on a grand staff plus a separate color-coded score for the Boomwhackers®. The color-coded Boomwhackers® score uses the Chroma-Notes™ Colored Music System. If you have a set of tubes with a different color scheme, Chroma-Notes Stick Ons can be purchased and applied so the Boomwhackers® match this color scheme. A color-coded note chart is also provided for each song which shows the Boomwhackers® notes used as well as the number of times each note is played. The note distribution is helpful when assigning notes to whackers. You may want to assign fewer notes to beginners or evenly distribute the tubes between all whackers. The color-coded scores are enlarged so the colors are easier to distinguish and all sharps and flats are displayed (shown in the key of C) as reminders for beginning musicians. Also, only filled noteheads (quarter and eighth notes) are used so the notes are full color and easier to see. The number of whackers needed will vary depending on the skill level of the participants. For more advanced players, each person could be assigned two or three notes. For beginners, it is best to assign one or two notes to each person. Note assignment suggestions are included for each song and range from 4 to 8 whackers. These familiar Christmas carols are perfect for small groups and especially beginning musicians. Most songs can be performed with as few as 5 people (4 whackers and 1 piano player). The Piano accompaniment is written for an intermediate player. Other suggestions and uses: * use multiple sets of Boomwhackers® to amplify the sound and allow more people to enjoy whacking the tubes* use as part of the music education for children at school, home, or church* these colorful, inexpensive instruments can be enjoyed by all ages and add a fun, unique element to activities and programs: senior centers, family reunions, church retreats, home school groups, just to name a few Permission is granted to make up to 10 copies of each score. For more than 10 copies, please purchase additional sets. Each song is also available separately with accompanying preview pages and audio samples. Brightest and Best
Instrumental Duet Instrumental Duet,Piano - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.966751

Instrumental Duet Instrumental Duet,Piano - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.966751 Composed by STAR IN THE EAST (from The Southern Harmony). Arranged by Dillon Ekle. 20th Century,Christian,Christmas,Sacred. Score and parts. 9 pages. Dillon Ekle #3068529. Published by Dillon Ekle (A0.966751). Brightest and Best is an original piece based on the hymn tune STAR IN THE EAST (from The Southern Harmony), most commonly used with the text Brightest and Best of the Sons of the Morning. As such, the arrangement is well suited to use in the Christmas and Epiphany seasons. However, the tune's general appeal make it a great addition to worship in any season, as well as use in concert or recital settings. In addition to the main hymn melody, this piece is woven through with original counter melodies and rich harmonies. Through much of the piece, flowing, running 8th notes and rhythmic bass lines maintain motion beneath the soaring melody. The second verse slows down with a quarter note motif reminiscent of change-ringing bells, keeping an open and ethereal sound with building anticipation before the interlude melodies return in full force for the conclusion. Most of these features and ideas appear in both the secondo and primo parts in this 1-piano, 4-hands piece. Both parts are of similar difficulty, and because the melodies are found anywhere from the middle voices to the top voices, care is needed to keep the ensemble balanced at all times for a musical performance.A preview performance can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DnIo4rnHizUThe PDF file is formatted to be printed double-sided. Once printed and bound, odd numbered pages (including the cover page) should be on the right (where the primo player sits), and even numbered pages should be on the left (where the secondo player sits). Alternatively, if two pianos are being used, the file can be printed single-sided and the parts separated out; the primo player will have the odd numbered pages, and the secondo player will have the even numbered pages.

Piano,Viola - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.587634 Composed by Various. Arranged by David McKeown. Baroque,Concert,Romantic Period,Standards,Wedding. Score and part. 24 pages. David McKeown #4594711. Published by David McKeown (A0.587634). The Wedding Album is a collection of four beautiful and timeless wedding favourites, arranged for Solo Viola with Piano accompaniment. Whether for that Special Day, for a recital, or for your own entertainment, these arrangements are ideal for players at an intermediate level or higher. The 24-page file includes the piano accompaniments and the separate solo parts at the end. Ave Maria was written by Franz Schubert in 1825 as the sixth song in his song cycle based on Walter Scott’s poem The Lady of the Lake. It is perhaps the best known of all his melodies, adapted for piano by Franz Liszt, and for orchestra many times since. It is often sung with the Latin lyrics of the Catholic hymn of the same name and has been heard everywhere from the Disney movie Fantasia to the funeral of J.F. Kennedy. The Bridal March was written by Richard Wagner in 1850, scored for orchestra and chorus, and opening the third act of his opera, Lohingren. It is best known in the English-speaking world as Here Comes the Bride. Queen Victoria’s daughter used the music for her marriage in 1858, and its popularity has endured ever since. The Prince of Denmark’s March is better known nowadays as the Trumpet Voluntary and is often used in wedding ceremonies. It was in fact written for organ, with the melody played on thetrumpet stop. Written around 1700, for many years this piece was mistakenly attributed to Henry Purcell. Only recently has it been established that the composer was Jeremiah Clarke, organist at St Paul’s Cathedral. It is somewhat ironic that this composer of a wedding mainstay was himself a victim of unrequited love. He consequently shot himself in the cathedral graveyard. Felix Mendelssohn’s Wedding March was originally written in 1842 as incidental music to Shakespeare’s famousplay, Midsummer Night’s Dream. When Queen Victoria’s daughter used the music for her marriage in 1858, it became instantly popular and has remained a wedding favourite ever since. These four arrangements are also available as single titles for $3.99 each.
