 | Graceful, yet eldritch, this piece really embodies some innovative modulations and colors. The work's simple design makes it easy for the ear to absorb the music. Impressionist, monumental, and somewhat dark, Contrepoint N.6 brings to mind Poe's phrase: 'dream within a dream'. Bis, M. Metivier ↪ Thank you again Luc, the idea of ' dream in a dream " pleases me a lot. It is a piece study, monumental (out of necessity I believe), which has highly-rated " dark " and " bright ". It is maybe the dark which wins. |

L'idée d'espèces est venue naturellement en détournant le "gradus ad parnassum" de Fux.
Les nappes sont optionnelles en fait, elles sont synthétiques,
et sont remplacées par de vrais instruments dans le contrepoint suivant qui est un peu plus élaboré (notamment au niveau des intersections pour la 3e espèce).
