WHAT THE? is a piano solo in 10-8 time and subtitled Perpetuum Mobile, or Perpetual Motion. The title comes from one of my son's favorite expressions, "What the?" which is an appropriate name for this piece, given the rather awkward time signature.

One really has to keep his/her wits avout them to navigate through this score without making any mistakes. But the journey is well worth the energetic details. What an unusual little piece. So engaging and just so much fun. 10/8 time. Perfect! I really enjoyed hearing this. And now to sit down and try to play it!
