was born in 1950 in Switzerland, where he currently lives. Part of his origins are Armenian, as his name suggests.
He learned music writing with Oscar Lagger, Philippe Rougeron and Marcel Bitch at the Conservatory of Sion. Initiated into jazz thanks to Christo Christov, he worked on jazz piano and improvisation with Gaspard Glaus and taught for many years at the EJMA Valais. (School of jazz)
