From his early childhood Noël sang in choirs: first at the Sunday School and then in one of the choirs of the parish of Ouenzé in Brazzaville/Congo (Evangelical Church of Congo-EEC). He learns the musical writing "Tonic Sol-Fa", then the music theory and the choir Direction. It is naturally that he transcribed his inspirations on score as early as 1986.
