Guitarist and composer born in Villanova di Asti. He was a harp musician, but devoted the greatest part of his life to the study of the guitar, teaching in Turin for 40 years, and creating very good pupils (Cesare Bianco, Carlo Renieri and more)... He wrote many compositions, nearly all of easy style which were popular in their time. He died in Turin May 30, 1907.
