I am a high school student who plays the violin. I have been playing for 4 years and currently play in the Triangle Youth Symphony. I have no formal training in composing, but I write several quartets and violin solo pieces. More recently, I have been trying my hand at some larger scale works: a string octet, a violin concerto, and even a symphony. I will post all of my works as I write them, and I'm always looking for more things to write. If you have any suggestions or requests for a more personal song, don't hesitate to email me. I'm currently working on a quartet for one of my good friends to play for his girlfriend, and my first quartet is dedicated to my girlfriend. If you have a request, remember that I am much more familiar with the string family, but I'm learning about the other intruments and could try my best.
