Constant hand position
This piece is included in many piano methods (e.g.
Russian Piano Method, vol. 1, no. 58).
Iwan Otto Armand Knorr used several pseudonyms derived
from his first names (e.g. I.O. Armand). Since 1867 he
studied with Moscheles, Jadassohn, Richter and Reinecke
in Leipzig. In 1883 he joined the Conservatory in
Fankfurt.
