Born in Central Luzon, Philippines, Lowell studied composition in the University of the Philippines College of Music. A church music director and pianist with extensive training in arranging, choral directing and performance, Afro-Latin and Asian music. He plays, arranges and composes in a wide range of genres including World, Pop, Classical, Avant-Garde and Gospel. Lowell loves reading fantasy novels and children's books; playing sudoku; walking and running outdoors during his free time.
