Ajoutée par magataganm, 17 Déc 2013 Placidus Cajetanus Lawrence of Camerloher (or Placidus von Camerloher: 1718 - 1782 in Freising ) was a German composer . Camerloher was born the son of a court clerk. He first visited the Knight's Academy in Ettal , where they began to promote his musical talent. After finishing school in Freising Camerloher took a theology studies and was eventually ordained a priest in 1744. Prince-Bishop Johann Theodor von Freising made Camerloher to his Kapellmeister . In 1748 he became canon at the abbey of St. Veit in Freising and took over in 1753 the Kanonekat the monastery of St. Andrew in Freising. After Johann Theodor von Freising in 1744 the diocese of Liège took over, there was Camerloher additional chamber music director and accompanied the prince bishop on numerous trips. Camerloher died at the age of 63 years. He lay under the organ in the meantime broken Freising St. Andrew's Church buried. According to him, roads are in Ismaning named and in Freising, as well as the musical Camerloher Gymnasium Freising. In Murnau a music school music school Camerloher eV of the composer and teacher Fritz Rabl was established in 1964.
