Ajoutée par stephan-beneking, 04 Janv 2014 Don à Beneking, Stephan | "La grande Petitesse et ses filles" consists of 8 miniatures in F sharp minor (the "daughter" pieces, called "Petitesses"), that could also be played separately. Parts of "La grande Petitesse" are very challenging, so I would expect that even an advanced pianist may need some time to practice it. As with all my scores, there are no markings. So you have all pianistical freedom to create your own, individual interpretation. So far only one pianist has dared to perform this piece: Carlos Márquez from USA. Enjoy his majestic performance! Recordings from other pianists are very welcome - you find all my 300+ classical piano compositions also for free download on my homepage: http://www.beneking.com More than 200 recordings of my music are available on iTunes, BandCamp and also for free listening on Spotify: http://open.spotify.com/user/1155850710/playlist/754hMz wRzbXaVixnFYdcO1 Source / Web : | Beneking Homepage | |
This piece is beautiful, and would I not already be overwhelmed by preparing Mozart's 20th concerto as well as an integral of Brahms's Hungarian Dances, I would definitely take the challenge!
Congrats! stephan-beneking , 19 Janv 2014 à 11:58 ↪ Thank you for your comment, Samuel! Would be great if you find some time during the year to play this piece! |
