Ajoutée par magataganm, 11 Avr 2015 Émile Louis Fortuné Pessard (1843 - 1917) was a
Parisian composer and winner of the Prix de Rome in
1866. Likely he would wish to be remembered for his
operas and church music. However, he seems to live on
through this one piece, which remains popular in an
arrangement for flute and piano. Although originally composed for Solo Piano and arranged for Flute & Piano, I created this transcription for Viola and Concert (Pedal) Harp. |
