Students will be delighted with this charming duet that features themes from some of Ludwig van Beethoven?s most famous compositions. Part of the fun will be analyzing the music to see where the melodies from Für Elise, the Moonlight Sonata, and Symphonies No. 5 and 9 are used. Intertwined with these melodies is a theme that evokes suspense, aptly reflecting the title. Written in A minor and 4/4 meter, the suspense is traded back and forth between the primo and secondo parts that are equal in difficulty.
?A definite student pleaser!?
