The composer moved to Paris in 1923 where he began experimenting in composing Ballets. La Revue De Cuisine was composed in 1927 and remains popular to this day. Incoporating many jazz characteristics La Revue De Cuisine is composed for Clarinet Bassoon Trumpet Violin Cello and Piano.
