The setting is suitable for congregations but features optional choral harmony. It is dedicated to Mary MacKillop Australia's first canonised saint whose family originated in Lochaber in the West Highlands of Scotland. The hymn 'Lord I Give My Life to You' was sung by the massed choirs and congregation at the Papal Mass in Bellahouston Park Glasgow in the presence of Pope Benedict.
