It is unknown for what occasion W. A. Mozart composed the Kyrie in D minor KV 341 (368a) but its structure and instrumentation would suggest that he had a large-scale mass in mind which remained unfinished. It was probably written around the same time as the Idomeneo while Mozart was staying in Munich between November 1780 and March 1781.- Urtext of the New Mozart Edition- Full score parts (BA4702) and vocal score (BA4702-90) available for sale Instrumentation : 4 Parties Mixtes Et Orchestre Publisher : |
