Again not too bad there are some good chord progressions but there is still a feel that lots of the actual accopmaniment is "random" that may give the feel of improvisation to begin with. If that is the intent then the improvisations have to be a little better to hold the music together. There is a good flow to the music and there is reasonable direction and structure but Jazz survuives because the structures are more rigid that you think. Without the structures in the music the fluency gets lost. Don't be afraid of editing and making some parts of the music actual improvisation, by all means add an optional melody but don't just be so random it feels contrived. |
