Added by kheidtmann, 14 Nov 2017 Probably his template, the famous Prelude 1 of his father Johann Sebastian Bach, BWV 846: https://www.free-scores.com/sheetmusic?p=a1WVAcp41e All members of the Bach family coincide in the opinion that Johann Christoph Friedrich (finally concertmaster at the court in Bückeburg) played the pieces of his father best and perfectly. Some of his works like the presented one are reminiscent of pieces of his father. He was a child of Anna Magdalena Bach and the third well-known son of Johann Sebastian Bach after his stepbrothers Wilhelm Friedemann and Carl Philipp Emanuel (Berlin, Hamburg, a friend of Joseph Haydn, a godchild of Georg Philipp Telemann and his successor as musical director in Hamburg) and before his youngest brother Johann Christian (Milano, London, a teacher and friend of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart).
