"The faithful Music Master" is the first musical journal published 1728-29 by Telemann for amateur musicians containing 70 small vocal and instrumental compositions mainly by Telemann but also from 11 other composers, e.g. Bach, Zelenka, Petzold, Pisendel).
This Vivace is the opening piece originally for Flauto dolce (Recorder) and BC in F major and it is the first movement of a sonata followed by a Largo and an Allegro.
