Telemann provides "tres vite" for this last movement of his Fantasia 21. In the piano literature it is sometimes called Danse Galante and hence may be played alternately andante grazioso, which sounds also very nice.
This difference in tempo may also be a reason for such different assessments:
ABRSM Grade 2 (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, 2013-2014, Grades 1-8)
LCM Grade 3 (London College of Music, 2021-2024)
RCM Grade 4 (Royal Conservatory of Music, Grades 1-10)...
