Added by gnz, 07 Jan 2019 Very lively sonata in full 18th century Venetian style, by Anonimo Author (the attribution to Galuppi or Gasparini is proposed, but there is no supporting evidence), published for the first time in 1965 by Sandro Dalla Libera in the original two-part form. In my opinion this is a reduction for organ by an original for orchestra. I then rebuilt the Vivaldi style and organic orchestration. The original is in the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Venice, Fondo Giustinian, Mss. 16393. |
