| Added by paul-page, 24 Jul 2020 Performance note: This composition began as a piano improvisation and the entire piece can be played as a piano solo. The flute line was intended as a complement (or compliment) to the piano score, but immediately changed the general dynamic of the piece, taking on more of a flute-piano duet feeling. The added cello line simply finishes the piece with a subtle foundation. My hope is that anyone who performs this piece either as a piano solo or with the additional instruments will take the time to just let the music explain itself in its own "words", allowing the lines to breathe naturally and unrushed.
