I've added embellishments to Mascarita. I.E. In
measure 21 I added 9th scale degree F to Em. In measure
44 I add 9th scale degree B to Am. Also, one of my
students was going to buy a smaller guitar because her
fingers are short, but her guitar is big. I told her
the following: Lower all guitar strings two semitones
(E-D, A-G, D-C, G-F, B-A, and E-D) then attach a capo
to the 2nd fret. Her guitar is easier to play now. If
