Alto Voice,Bass Voice,Cello,Flute,Piano Accompaniment,Soprano voice,Tenor Banjo,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1317838 Composed by Connie Boss. Christian,Christmas,Holiday. 17 pages. Connie Boss #906529. Published by Connie Boss (A0.1317838). This is an original song I composed about the Wisemen coming from the East searching for the infant King. When they saw the star, they knew they had to follow it. It is a great song for Epiphany. It contains 3 verses and a bridge. If you think it's too long, you could cut out the bridge. This is for SATB with optional parts for flute, cello and violin accent instruments and piano. It can be sung with solo for verses, adding the harmonies for the refrain and bridge and final ending. email cdboss@cvalley.net for requests or questionsLyrics below:They Saw a StarVerse 1:Three wisemen came from the eastA desert camel, their traveling beastThey traveled far, they traveled wideSearching for the infant child. Then they looked toward the sky….. Refrain:They saw a star, They saw a star, They saw a starLighting up in the darkest nightThey saw a star, They saw a star, They saw a starOh …..what a wondrous sight Verse 2:They followed where the light shown downAnd came upon a tiny townThen they scarce believed their eyesWhere it stopped a big surpriseThen they looked toward the light…… Refrain: Verse 3:A crowd of people gathered roundIncluding shepherds kneeling downTheir flocks of sheep by their sideThen the noise would subsideThey made it to the light……. Bridge:They saw the tiniest of KingsLying in a mangerHis mother was close by His sideKeeping him from dangerHe was the son of GodThe greatest King of KingsThe wisemen brought from their landsThe greatest gifts they could bring. Final Refrain:

Eternal Bridge For Oboe Harp And Strings
Large Ensemble Cello,Double Bass,Harp,Oboe,Viola,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SK…

Large Ensemble Cello,Double Bass,Harp,Oboe,Viola,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.889419 Composed by Luis Anjos Teixeira. Concert,Contemporary. Score and parts. 36 pages. Luis Anjos Teixeira #3492515. Published by Luis Anjos Teixeira (A0.889419). For the 2018 Chamber Music Contest Entry Eternal Bridge was made to be performed by a group of six soloists playing the following instruments: Oboe, Harp, Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass. It is not a difficult piece once learned. It is really a great fun for the players and very easy listening too, It covers a very wide range of audience demands. There is a groove feeling on it that makes it very pleasant to most all people. Because of its plasticity the piece allows many interpretations, therefore I did not made much use of interpretation symbols in order to leave to the performers the freedom of doing their own. Bowing and fingering are left totally virgin at the hands of the schools or the creativity of the performing Artists. P.S. - The score was written on Finale. The sound file For the 2018 Chamber Music Contest Entry, was performed with samplers from Garritan and conceived as an audio support for the presentation of the score. This is the first time that this version is published in Sheet Music Plus. Thank you very much for taking your time to read this text and to listen to the file. I hope you have a lot of fun and enjoy the music. Sheers! Thanks to Claudia Eppelt for the cover design, all the Love and inspiration. Special Thanks to Nina and Stray Queen Mimi for my Family, all their Love Patience and Compassion. Love Forever.„The litle story of the - „Eternal BridgeEternal Bridge came out of a dream. Imagine a little railway station, a train that comes and stops, and your friends go inside. As you step on the little stairs to go inside, the doors close letting you out, and the train starts rolling. It speeds up very fast and enough so you can`t jump out of the little stairs back to the ground, you are holding now to the iron bars around the doors of the train, you see your friends and the people inside but they can`t see you, they can`t hear you, and you notice that the train is now on a bridge so high, that you can`t see the earth any more. Wind is blowing around me and I feel this cosmic cold and everything starts to twist around in a gigantic spiral. I still feel the Gravity but it goes in all directions at the same time pushing me violently and I feared to fail the grip on the iron bars and fall down, in an imaginary endless abyss. Little by little the speed of the events slows down progressively until everything freezes. Now, The other side of the bridge does not exist at all, neither the beginning or up or down. The train disappeared in a glimpse and I noticed that I was not falling down, just hanging there out in hyperspace, Free from Gravity. I lost the fear of falling in the abyss, it felt kind a good, because the only thing that I could see was light, pure beautiful bright white light, I was floating in light, I realised I could stay there forever, but then I felt lonely and wanted to come back home. When I finally woke up, I wrote this words in Portuguese and made a song out of it. the words go like:Ponte eterna abismo sem fundo - Vento ciclónico medo profundo - Comboio gelado lentidão d`aço - Espiral eterna suspensa no espaço - Maos agarram a vida duas barras d` aço - Corpo sacudido em espasmos de medo - Alucinação divina acordar de um sonho Eternal Bridge endless Abyss - Cyclonic wind deep Fear - Frozen Train slowness of steel - Eternal spiral suspended in space - Hands cling to life on two bars of steel - Body shaken into spasms of fear - Divine hallucination waking up from a dream

Small Ensemble - Digital Download SKU: A0.865230 Composed by Chris Cooke. Contemporary. Score and parts. 3 pages. Chris Cooke #2071025. Published by Chris Cooke (A0.865230). This joyful windup toy hums merrily along in the key of G major. It begins to lose steam in the E minor section and finally crawls to a stop. Then, someone winds it up again, and off in goes, repeating the first section with a scale for its happy ending. This is within reach of the 2nd year student. It features a variety of dynamics, some slurred phrasing, staccatos, and simple grace notes for the wind-up sound effect.

(+)
Small Ensemble,Strings Bass Guitar,Cello,Drum Set,Viola,Violin - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.845978 By OneRepublic. By Brent Kutzle, John Nathaniel, and Ryan Tedder. Arranged by Kyle Pudenz. Contemporary,Pop,Rock. Score and parts. 56 pages. ViolinVagabond Music #5739325. Published by ViolinVagabond Music (A0.845978). Whether you are a tried and true OneRepublic fan looking to add to your ensemble's catalog, a struggling musician hoping for Better Days, or simply want to create a little social media buzz by playing that song that you saw in a commercial about a Jeep, or ESPN, or NBC... THIS is the chart you are looking for!Check out Dallas String Quartet performing this arrangement in their latest music video: https://youtu.be/BBEdsXRELywWhat you have here, ladies & gentlemen, is no half-baked attempt at a transcription that you might find illegally floating around the internet for a few bucks. This meticulously-arranged instrumental reimagining of OneRepublic's new smash is much, MUCH more. Your journey through the pop-string realm starts out with a silky, cinematic intro that will filter out the commotion of your futile existence, opening the curtains to reveal a plane of pure musical ecstasy. When the groove finally drops, and OH, does it DROP... you will not be able to stop yourself from foot-tapping, head-banging, or otherwise moving one or more body parts in a definitively rhythmic fashion. Hip rhythmic chopping grooves, fingerboard slaps, and a healthy dose of syncopation will take this sick beat to another level! And if that isn't enough to pique your interest, be on the lookout for some sexy reharminizations throughout the tune that will make you honestly wonder why those chords weren't in the song to begin with...Just when you thought this couldn't get any better: THERE IS A SOLO SECTION!! I've included some written solos, but if you prefer to improvise your own, that is allowed and encouraged. You can also vamp it if you need to kill a little time, or just want to show off for a few more bars. This version of the score includes optional RHYTHM SECTION PARTS for guitar, bass, & drum set in addition to the standard string quartet. To be clear, you do not have to perform this chart with bass and drums. I have gone to great pains to ensure that, with proper preparation, a string quartet performance will sound every bit as groovy as a full 7-piece band. So if you try to play this without a drummer and it doesn't go well, I don't want to hear about it. Go practice.Having a great ensemble may be the first step to successfully landing the big gigs, but having repertoire that gives your musicians the chance to shine will make you stand out from the rest. So don't settle for reading off of a piano score or hacking through questionably-obtained transcriptions when you can have the real deal. Fresh tunes, arranged by a real string player who has been in your shoes and knows how to wow the crowd! Thanks for visiting, and I hope this chart brings us all to some Better DaysPerformance time - 4:00 as written, longer if you vamp the solo, shorter if you cut the intro. Because I get it; we all need flexibility when wedding parties and/or emcee's are involved.Questions? Feel free to contact me via my website, www.kylepudenz.com/ or on the 'Insta @theviolinvagabond

Woodwind Ensemble - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1115994 By Thomas Graf. By Thomas Graf. Arranged by Thomas Graf. 20th Century,Classical,Jazz. 27 pages. Thomas Graf - the-hit-factory.com #717714. Published by Thomas Graf - the-hit-factory.com (A0.1115994). Fantasy in 3 movements for large wind ensemble, double bass and percussion 1. Deux Caracteres 2. Dialogues 3. Dance de Confusion Confluence is the name of a place in Lyon where 2 rivers flow together: The Saône flows into the - at least in German - female Rhone. In French, however, it flows into DEN Rhone - Le Rhône. This confuses the composer: How do rivers get their gender, are they sometimes male, sometimes female? Is it because of their character, because of the landscape that they flow through? By their water, even by their fish? On the people on their shores? A real confusion ensues. In the subsequent thoughts about music, the composer discovers certain analogies and asks himself the question: does gender-typical music actually exist? Or instruments? Typically male harmonies or rhythms? Or clearly female melodies and the way to interpret? The 3-movement composition is dedicated to this question and meanders like a dance in the bed of the converging streams. Colorful modal harmonies form the bed for wide arcs of melody. A varied, recurring theme sets the direction and creates a bubbling, dancing pull in the direction of the mouth: dancing finale! 1st movement: Deux Characters In the first movement (Andante) the roles are distributed - the Sâone and the Rhône get their performers. A first glance at the ensemble reveals a tendency: woodwinds take on the female lead, the male brass the counterpart. The two drummers each support one of the two poles in solidarity. The assignment may be obvious, but strong doubts remain in the final chord of the first movement. 2. Dialogues: In smaller and larger dialogues, there is a lively exchange and the properties are worked out and further developed. But it is also increasingly being copied and imitated, even maliciously agitated and aped. You try to convince each other, interrupt each other, both sides increasingly flare up, it gets louder and more hectic, louder and louder, too loud, until communication stops: in the end, you just yell at each other! 3. Dance de Confusion The resulting confusion finds a conciliatory end in the third movement of the composition: Let's dance! In the end, the initial confusion turns into a confusion: what belongs together flows and dances together. Composed by: Thomas H. Graf Arranged by: Thomas H. Woodwind Ensemble Flute - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.796737 By Justin Timberlake. By Johan Schuster, Justin Timberlake, Max Martin, and Shellback. Arranged by Gary D. Belshaw (ASCAP). Dance,Pop. 40 pages. DR GARY D BELSHAW #4301061. Published by DR GARY D BELSHAW (A0.796737). For Advanced Intermediate Flute Choir. 40 pages, including one sample part page for display here. Duration: 3 minutes. This uptempo, disco- and soul-pop number with punk influences debuted as Justin Timberlake's fifth U. S. No. 1 single and is one of the top 20 longest running No. 1 singles on the Adult Contemporary chart. This arrangements spreads the almost uncontrollable joy among all the players in your ensemble, and its appeal will be to young and old alike. It's difficult enough to wow and yet accessible enough for pop-music lovers and arts aficionados alike. An optional cut from Rehearsals C to I makes this an ideal encore on a recruiting or publicity tour: short, but...wow!Look for opportunities for percussive and/or beatbox sounds throughout.Thank you for considering this work; your reviews of my work are really important to me. Follow Gary D.Belshaw Music on Facebook and Twitter (@GaryDBelshawMus). A like on this Sheet Music Plus page will be deeply appreciated.Take pride in your copy of this work. 1. Avoid cheap 20-lb office supply paper. Invest a couple extra bucks in some 22- or 24-lb. paper. 2. Avoid bright white sheets: look for beige, tan, or natural paper. 3. Always use a smooth-finish paper stock. 4. One final thought: if you have access to a printer or copier that will take 9 x 12 stock, your pages will be more like traditional printed music in size. Obtaining paper stock with the other elements listed above will result in music sheets that would look startling similar to products from long-established publishing houses.

Baritone Horn TC,Bass Trombone,Cornet,Euphonium,Trumpet,Tuba - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.752458 By Various. By Hildur Gudnadottir. Arranged by Rob Bushnell. Contemporary,Film/TV,Folk,Religious,Sacred. 17 pages. RBMusic #6506025. Published by RBMusic (A0.752458). In 1982, the Vladimir Ilyich Lenin Nuclear Power Plant started a series of tests to simulate an electrical power outage to help create procedures for maintaining the circulation of the reactor coolant for the 60-75 seconds needed until the back-up generators got to full power. This was key to ensure that the coolant pumps did not stop working; otherwise, it could lead to the core overheating or, worse, the core melting down. The first test was unsuccessful, and, after some modifications, the test was repeated in 1984 and 1985. On 25 April 1986, a fourth test was scheduled to take place at 1415hrs during a controlled power-down of one of the reactors. However, at 1400hrs, another regional power station went offline, causing the test to be delayed by 10-hours. With the well-prepared day and evening crews’ shifts over, the test was left to the unprepared night crew. Unbeknownst to them, safety systems and protocols had been disabled or ignored earlier in the day, power-output issues had left the reactor in an unstable condition and there were basic design flaws with the reactor when it was constructed. All of this led to an uncontrolled chain reaction and, at some point around 01:23:45 in the morning of 26 April 1986, explosions and a fire destroyed a reactor building of reactor number 4 at Chernobyl. Radioactive contamination was released into the surrounding areas, 100,000s of people were evacuated, a 30-kilometre exclusion zone was put in place and whilst, officially, only 31 people died from this disaster, it has been estimated that between 4,000 and 16,000 fatalities are related to the events of that day. The area is likely to be unsafe for the next 20,000 years. The soundtrack to the TV mini-series Chernobyl is by the Icelandic composer, Hildur Guðnadóttir. The music is made, almost entirely, from sounds that she recorded at a decommissioned Nuclear power plant in Lithuania, giving it a very raw quality. She says the show itself portrays the disaster with respect and realism, and I was adamant the score reflects this. I wanted to show the viewer how it would feel to be there, and to tell this story of fear, loss and, ultimately, human error. Vichnaya Pamyat translated to Memory Eternal in Ukrainian, but a better English equivalent would be Rest in Peace. It is a hymn used during Ukrainian Orthodox Christian church funerals and memorial services. Guðnadóttir’s arrangement is heard at the end of the final episode of the series. This arrangement is not in the original key and has been transposed to make it easier to play. A version in the original key is available, item number H0.1099667-SC004126925. The arrangement also includes alternative parts for tenor horn, treble-clef trombone/euphonium and tuba. A recording of the music from the original soundtrack can be found on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Poc3MF8GFk.

100 metronoms - Digital Download Composed by Gyorgy Ligeti (1923-2006). This edition: score. Downloadable. Duration 20 minutes. Schott Music - Digital #Q54926. Published by Schott Music - Digital
The formal thinking behind the piece is based on the interaction between individually determined periodic rhythms and a cumulative polyrhythmic overall structure. Although the overall rhythmic structure is on an indeterminate level intermediate - the result of adding individual periods of different length is at any given time random -, it is again determinate on the higher level of the temporal development of the overall from.<br> <br> This overall form consists of the three phases: uniformity - gradual structuring - and uniformity, whereby uniformity in the initial phase arises form the collective blur of the individual periods, and in the final phase is a results of the periodicity of the one remaining ticking metronome. There are no distinct divisions between the three phases: the rhythmical process leads smoothly and gradually from one phase into the next. This appears to be a continuous process but consists of individual, discontinuous moments as each metronome stop suddenly. In the sparsely instrumented final phase with only a few metronomes left ticking, this discontinuity becomes audible, most obviously when the last metronome stops.<br> <br> - Gyorgy Ligeti<br>

Brass Ensemble Trombone - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.933992 Composed by Nick Mazuk. Contemporary. Score and parts. 56 pages. Mazuk Music #3213105. Published by Mazuk Music (A0.933992). Metamorphosis is a finalist in the 2017 Christopher Bill Composition Competition.Metamorphosis, for trombone octet, is a piece where the themes constantly change and transform into something new. In its slow beginning, a lyrical melody is played against a drone until it’s joined by more trombones. This happens three times. Then, the entire choir is joined together to form the climax to the slow section before the transition to the faster section. Almost instantly, the mood changes into a more playful sounding section. A new bouncier theme is introduced against muted eighth note chords in the background. In its second big statement, the presentation of the theme is broken up with different motives from both the beginning slow section and the fast playful theme. In its third statement, only the smaller motivic ideas are left as the volume and intensity grow. Finally, both melodies get squished together. The initial lyrical melody is once again stated, but this time it’s over the background of the second playful melody.
