Here is an easy instrumental trio arrangement (for VIOLIN and CELLO duet with PIANO accompaniment) of the peaceful hymn \"Like a River Glorious\" by James Mountain. This gently flowing arrangement will inspire calm reflection as the listeners are reminded of the lyrics penned by Frances Havergal: \"Like a river glorious is God\'s perfect peace, over all victorious in its bright increase?..Trusting in the Father, hearts are fully blest, finding, as he promised, perfect peace and rest.\"
Both the VIOLIN and the CELLO get to lead with the melody at times making this a fun and equally challenging piece for both instruments while adding variety for the listeners. The verse begins with each instrument playing a phrase independently followed by the VIOLIN on melody and the CELLO on harmony.
